    Installation Instructions

    Step One

    Remove the eartips from your wireless earbuds

    Step Two

    Firmly press Comply tip onto the soundport. Ensure the tip is secure before use.

    Step Three

    Once installed, roll the tip between your fingers into a thin, round cylinder.

    Step Four

    Gently insert the entire eartip into your ear and hold it in for 10-15 seconds.

Status Between 3ANC

These tips are a big improvement over the silicone that came with the product. Much more comfortable and secure.

not the same...

Bought lg Comply foams for my Status Between Pros. I've been using them, same size, for years on my Jaybird X2s, thought they were near perfect. Not sure the difference, but the Comply foam on the Between Pros seems stiffer, less comfortable. They hold the Pros in place in nearly any activity, but they are actually uncomfortable in less than an hour of use. Definitely don't feel the same, not sure I can recommend...

They do not stay attached to the earbuds

I have Jabra earbuds and received the Comply tips that are supposed to fit. Unfortunately they do not. The attachment point on the Jabra is shaped t like an upper case T, while the Comply tips are designed to fit a straight cylinder. Thus they only contact a tiny portion of the Jabra buds and consequently they quickly disconnect and the Jabras fall to the floor moments later. I contacted support and they apologized and send me another set with the exact same design and same resulting problem. I have supplied Jabra with pictures and videos showing the problem but they do not respond.
