Replace when the tips flake, tear or lose memory foam properties such as expanding too quickly. Tips will deteriorate if exposed to alcohol-based cleaners, hand sanitizers or lotions.

Installation Instructions
Step One
Remove the eartips from your wired earbuds.
Step Two
Angle the Comply ear tip and insert it over the soundport. Firmly press down until tip fits securely on the device. Ensure the tip is secure before use.
Step Three
Roll the tip between your fingers into a thin, round cylinder.
Step Four
Gently insert the entire eartip into your ear and hold it in for 10-15 seconds.

Good quality, but beware the custom
I've received the tips as a replacement of the Shure's original. The quality is superb. Good isolation and confort. But, to receive them in Italy I've paid almost the tips price in custom. It's better to take them from a local dealer.

They grab and hold and keep a nice solid seal, giving me a nice bass on my Shure 215 IEMs which I use for singing
Quality Foam!
I�ve been using Comply products for the last decade, and haven�t found the same quality and range of available products from anywhere else. My Shure 846s initially came with Comply tips, and I�ve been using them since. I picked up a pack of medium tips replace my current, well-worn tips. I generally replace the tips on my daily driver earphones about once every 6-9 months, depending on wear. I consider this a good investment in maintaining the quality of the sound isolation from high-end IEMs. Thanks for making a great product!
Customer service is all BOTs
It took a few attempts to get the order correct after the first order sent was incorrect. You can�t speak to a human being, so eventually got the correct item which now fits my Etymotic Hf3s and is comfortable.
Superior Fit and Sound
I started using Comply tips for audio purposes with Shure headsets. Now I have them for every set of AirPods I own due to vastly superior fit and audio quality. I also like the fact that I can toss a set and replace as needed.
