Comply™ Shipping Information
Most orders placed online may incur processing and/or postage delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Our warehouse remains open and fully operational, however orders may experience minor delays with processing and delivery timeframes.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship most* orders by the end of the next business day. Orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.

Once your order status is changed to 'Shipped' and your tracking number provided, Comply™ Foam Australia are no longer responsible for the delivery of your goods and cannot refund any items which may be lost by shipping companies.
Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are posted via Australia Post and usually delivered within two to six business days after shipping.
Please note shipping time frames are only a guide and are not guaranteed, you can learn more about current shipping timeframes here. If your order has taken longer than 7 business days to arrive, you may contact Australia Post with your tracking number to lodge a Customer Inquiry.
A $7 flat rate applies to all orders for delivery within Australia.
A $10 flat rate applies to all orders for international delivery in New Zealand.
Orders are sent via Australia Post envelopes which include a tracking number.
If you have ordered any products labelled 'PREORDER' or 'BACK IN STOCK ON *date*" your parcel will only ship once stock has arrived in our warehouse and is available to post.
