Comply™ Return Policy
For products purchased directly from the Comply™ site
We offer refunds within 30-days of the customer receiving faulty goods.
Refunds are issued at the original purchase price (minus postage costs) and are completed based on your original method of payment. Comply™ will not refund any postage costs unless deemed a reasonable circumstance. To receive a refund, all earphone products must be packed in their original packaging and must include any accessories, manuals and other documentation that was shipped with the product (unless item deemed faulty).
- Comply™ Foam Tips cannot be returned once you have opened the packaging.
- Please Contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which is required for return for credit.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
- You can expect a refund within 10 business days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds may be delayed in the case of incomplete returns.
- Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
For products purchased through other retailers
Refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where you have purchased your Comply™ product.
Exchanging a product
If you change your mind and wish to exchange your product for an alternate item, you (the customer) is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse. Please Contact us to arrange an exchange.
In the unlikely event an incorrect item is sent with your order, Comply™ will communicate with the customer to arrange an exchange at our expense.
