Order processing and delivery times may lengthen during busy periods, such as Christmas.
Our offices and warehouse will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from Friday 20th December 2019 to 13th January 2020. We appreciate your patience and understanding through times where our team are away and unable to respond to e-mails or process orders.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship most orders by the end of the next business day. Orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.
Once your order status is changed to 'Shipped' and your tracking number provided, Comply™ Foam Australia are no longer responsible for the delivery of your goods and cannot refund any items which may be lost by shipping companies.
Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are posted via Australia Post and usually delivered within two to six business days after shipping.
Please note shipping time frames are only a guide and are not guaranteed. If your order has taken longer than 7 business days to arrive, you may contact Australia Post with your tracking number to lodge a Customer Inquiry.
A $7 flat rate applies to all orders for delivery within Australia.
A $10 flat rate applies to all orders for international delivery in New Zealand.
Orders are sent via Australia Post envelopes which include a tracking number.
If you have ordered any products labelled 'PREORDER' or 'BACK IN STOCK ON *date*" your parcel will only ship once stock has arrived in our warehouse and is available to post.
